Meet Robin Behl, our new EMS
Simulation Content Creator
SimBox is excited to announce the new development of pre-hospital, EMS-based pediatric emergency simulations. Spearheading this effort is Robin Lynn Behl.
Robin joins the SimBox team with a long history in emergency services and first response. She was a firefighter and paramedic who also worked as a dispatcher and an EMS educator. She has worked in a variety of settings across the United States, including major metropolitan departments and rural agencies. She has experience with fire-based EMS, private ambulance services, county departments, and ER paramedicine. After 13 years in the field, Robin earned a Master of Science and practiced medicine as a Physician Assistant in interventional cardiology. She cut her teeth in medical simulation working for a state fire academy developing lesson plans and curriculum for a free service that included a mobile simulation lab and a family of 12 manikins.
With Robin's help, SimBox expects to launch a suite of pre-hospital simulations this winter. SimBox will be seeking input from a variety of EMS agencies regarding case selection, protocol adoption, and scenario development.

Legacy EMS Cases
(interactive versions coming soon)
Original SimBox cases are non-interactive YouTube videos. Use the timestamps to move through each stage of the case. These legacy case booklets helped establish the visual style of current SimBox cases, but their format differs slightly from the interactive cases above.
